The Role
Working alongside an experienced commercial and pre-construction team, you will assist in the preparation of competitive tenders and cost estimates across a variety of construction projects. Key responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with preparation of tenders, estimates and pricing submissions
- Reviewing drawings, specifications and project documentation
- Performing quantity take-offs and measuring works
- Obtaining and analysing subcontractor and supplier quotations
- Supporting bid submissions and commercial documentation
- Liaising with operational and project delivery teams
- Maintaining accurate cost records and estimating databases

- Previous experience within estimating, quantity surveying or construction commercial support
