You will oversee the roofing and cladding package, manage subcontractors, and coordinate with the main contractor to ensure works are delivered safely, on programme and to the required quality standards.
The ideal candidate will have strong site management experience, SMSTS, CSCS and excellent subcontractor management skills, with a good grasp of programme, quality and H&S.
