I am seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee small-scale residential build in Livingston. This role is ideally suited to someone with hands-on experience managing bespoke or small housing developments, rather than large-volume, mass new-build sites.
Key Requirements
- Proven experience as a Site Manager on small residential projects
- NHBC experience (essential)
- Valid SMSTS
- Valid First Aid at Work
- Valid CSCS card
- Strong understanding of quality control, health & safety, and site coordination
- Ability to manage subcontractors and trades effectively
- Available to start immediately
Role Responsibilities
