We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to support the Site Manager on a Commercial Refurbishment project in Inverness, ensuring a smooth completion and successful handover.
Start Date: June
Duration: 6 months
Hours: 40 hours per week
Salary: Competitive
Requirements:
- Valid SMSTS certification
- Valid First Aid qualification
- Valid CSCS Card
- Proven experience managing construction projects through to completion and handover
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- (Joiner to trade advantageous but not essential)
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day site operations
- Manage subcontractors and ensure works are completed to programme
- Maintain health & safety standards on site
- Ensure quality control and snagging works are carried out efficiently
- Liaise with the client and project team to achieve a smooth handover
