We are seeking an experienced Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) Manager to join a project in Glasgow on a part-time basis (2 days per week), with an immediate start available.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate all M&E activities on site.
- Ensure works are delivered safely, on programme, and to the required quality standards.
- Manage M&E subcontractors and liaise with project stakeholders.
- Review and monitor installation progress, commissioning activities, and compliance requirements.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.
- Provide technical support and resolve any M&E-related issues.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an M&E Manager role on construction or building services projects.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, installation, and commissioning processes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and effectively manage site activities.
