We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the Fit out works for a project in Aberdeen, ensuring a smooth completion and successful handover.

Requirements:
- Valid SMSTS certification
- Valid First Aid qualification
- Valid CSCS Card
- Proven experience managing construction projects through to completion and handover
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day site operations
- Manage subcontractors and ensure works are completed to programme
- Maintain health & safety standards on site
- Ensure quality control and snagging works are carried out efficiently
