This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Contracts Manager to take ownership of a diverse portfolio of construction and engineering projects, leading multidisciplinary teams to successfully deliver works from initial concept through to completion. You will play a key role in programme planning, stakeholder management, budget control and project delivery, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time and within budget while maintaining the highest standards of compliance and customer service.
The Role You will:
- Lead the delivery of a programme of construction and infrastructure projects.
- Manage project teams, Works Managers and delivery staff across multiple live projects.
- Develop and maintain project programmes, resource plans and risk registers.
- Oversee project budgets, forecasting and financial performance.
- Ensure compliance with CDM Regulations, health and safety standards.
