First Task Professional are currently recruiting for a Freelance Quantity Surveyor in the East of Scotland to work on high value commercial fit out and refurbishment projects. This role will be primarily office based with occasional visits to site, with some flexibility to work from home as required.
The desired candidate should have prior experience working in the fit out and refurbishment sector and be confident in managing variations on the project as part of design and scope changes.
There is a start available early March with work for at least 12 weeks. This role can be worked Ltd/CIS or PAYE.
