We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a Refurbishment project in Belfast, ensuring a smooth completion and successful handover.

Start Date: June

Duration: 10 Weeks

Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:30am – 4:30pm

Salary: Competitive

Requirements:

  • Valid SMSTS certification
  • Valid First Aid qualification
  • Valid CSCS Card
  • Proven experience managing construction projects through to completion and handover
  • Strong leadership and organisational skills

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day site operations
  • Manage subcontractors and ensure works are completed to programme
  • Maintain health & safety standards on site
  • Ensure quality control and snagging works are carried out efficiently
  • Liaise with the client and project team to achieve a smooth handover
