Site Manager
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to oversee façade works on a student accommodation project in Durham.
This is a long-term opportunity with an established contractor, starting mid-August.
Requirements:
- Valid SMSTS
- First Aid at Work
- CSCS Card
- Proven experience managing façade or external envelope projects
- Strong health & safety knowledge and the ability to manage subcontractors and site operations effectively
