We’re on the hunt for a hands‑on Social Media & Influencer Exec to bring First Table to life across the UK (with occasional support for Australia and New Zealand). This is a role for someone who lives and breathes social. You’ll own our day‑to‑day social presence, lead our influencer, UGC and ambassador programmes, and turn great content into real impact, from brand love to bookings. Working remotely, you’ll report into our UK Marketing Manager and work closely with our wider marketing team located in New Zealand, taking an established strategy and executing it brilliantly. If you love creators, content, community, and using insights to continuously lift performance, you’ll feel right at home.

About Us

At First Table, our vision is simple: to be the first place diners go to book a table. Proudly established in Queenstown, New Zealand, where our head office is based, we’ve been leading the charge in the hospitality‑tech industry for over a decade, with operations spanning New Zealand, Australia and the UK. First Table now offers diners in 18 UK cities amazing dining experiences. Following recent launches in Newcastle, Leicester, Norwich and Southampton, we are doubling down on building a strong presence and connected team across the UK. First Table is a dining discovery platform that connects diners to restaurants through their love of food. Through our clever tech we help restaurants jump start their nights and give diners a compelling reason to try something new. It’s a win‑win: fast, easy and rewarding booking of great dining experiences. At the heart of everything we do are our values: Grow Together, Win‑Win‑Win and Own It. These guide how we show up for each other, our restaurant partners and our diners, and are a big part of what makes First Table a great place to work.

About The Role

This is an execution‑led role with real ownership. You’ll run our UK social channels day‑to‑day, build and nurture relationships with influencers and creators, and ensure a steady pipeline of high‑quality, on‑brand content that supports awareness, acquisition and performance marketing. As we grow our footprint in the UK, you’ll also support the Marketing Manager in creating content for new city launches and market expansion through our influencer, UGC and ambassador programmes. With no direct reports, this role is perfect for someone who wants to deepen their craft, grow their influence and see their work reflected in the world every day.

What you’ll be doing

  • Own First Table’s social media and influencer execution across the UK
  • Manage influencer, UGC, and ambassador partnerships end to end
  • Create and publish high‑performing, on‑brand social content
  • Build engaged communities through active, authentic social interaction
  • Support social and influencer activity for new city launches, partnerships and market expansion initiatives
  • Collaborate with performance and marketing teams to support growth and campaigns
  • Measure, learn and optimise content and creator performance

What you’ll bring

  • 3+ years’ experience in B2C social media and influencer marketing
  • Proven, hands‑on experience managing social channels and influencer campaigns end to end
  • Strong copywriting skills and an instinct for what works on social
  • A solid understanding of performance metrics and content optimisation
  • Confidence juggling multiple priorities in a fast‑moving environment
  • A collaborative, proactive mindset and genuine love for social and creator culture
  • The flexibility to join key meetings across UK and New Zealand time zones

Why you’ll love working with us

  • Real ownership and visible impact across the UK
  • A supportive, high‑performing marketing team, including offshore marketing support, so you can collaborate broadly and execute effectively
  • Remote‑first flexibility, with real ownership of your work, clear accountability and regular opportunities to connect in person if you’re based in or near London
  • Enjoy perks like free First Table bookings, referral incentives, team recognition and regular opportunities to celebrate wins
