About Us

First Stop Safety Training delivers high-quality, interactive first aid courses across Scotland. We're known for being engaging, friendly and fun. Our learners love us because our courses are practical, relaxed and memorable. We're now looking to add a new freelance First Aid Trainer to our team.

The Role

You'll be delivering a mix of first aid courses (including Paediatric First Aid) on both weekdays and weekends. Work is flexible but you must have good availability and be happy to travel, as our courses run all over Scotland. This is not a full-time role, but on average you can expect around 1-2 shifts per week, with potential for more depending on demand.

We're Looking For Someone Who:

  • Is fully qualified to teach First Aid (including Paediatric)
  • Holds a recognised teaching/training qualification
  • Has public liability insurance
  • Has a full UK driving licence and access to their own car
  • Has their own training equipment (manikins, AED trainer, laptop/projector etc.)
  • Is confident, friendly and engaging
  • Enjoys working with people and keeping sessions fun and interactive
  • Is reliable and professional
