Telemarketing Manager

We\’re a growing home energy & roofing solutions company and we are expanding fast. We now have an exciting opportunity for a Telemarketing Manager to join us and lead our outbound team.

If you have real experience managing telemarketing teams, know how to motivate and drive results, and you\’re ready for a new challenge — this role is for you.

The Role:

You will be responsible for:

Recruiting, interviewing and onboarding new telesales/telemarketing agents

Training and coaching agents to generate high-quality leads for our roofing, insulation and coating services

Managing performance, KPIs and agent conversions

Running daily team huddles & incentive drives

Ensuring consistent quality and compliance standards are met

What We\’re Looking For:

Someone with a proven track record in a similar telemarketing manager role

Experience specifically with outbound lead generation (home improvements sector ideal)

Strong people leadership, team motivation & results-driven mindset

Someone who wants to build and scale a high-performing team
