Job Responsibilities:

As a Qualified Nursery Practitioner, your role will involve:

  • Providing high-quality care and education for children, ensuring they are safe, happy, and engaged in learning.

  • Supporting childrens individual learning and development in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).

  • Building strong, positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.

  • Planning and delivering creative and fun activities that help children learn through play and exploration.

  • Observing and documenting childrens progress and sharing this with parents and the team.

  • Creating a welcoming, nurturing, and inclusive environment where all children can thrive.

  • Working collaboratively with your team to ensure the smooth running of the nursery and promoting the ethos of the setting.

What We Offer:

  • Full-time position (41 hours a week)

  • 4 days a week 4 full days (8am-6pm, with a 1-hour break) and 1 half-day (8am-1pm or 1pm-6pm). We know life happens, so your half-day can vary to accommodate appointments and personal needs.

About You:

To succeed in this role, youll need to be:

  • Qualified: You must have a Level 2 (or equivalent) qualification in childcare or early years education.
