Do you love working with children and families?
We're looking for an enthusiastic and caring Activities Worker to join our Children's Centre team and help deliver fun, engaging sessions for children aged 0-5 and their families.
You’ll work alongside our Family Link Worker, helping to run groups, support activities and create a welcoming environment where children can learn through play and families feel supported.
What you’ll be doing
- Supporting children's centre groups and family activities
- Helping deliver Stay & Play, Messy Play, Rhyme Time and other early years sessions
- Setting up resources and activity spaces
- Creating a fun, safe and welcoming environment for families
- Encouraging children to learn through play
- Supporting parents and carers to engage in sessions
- Working as part of a friendly and supportive team
We're looking for someone who has
- Experience working with children aged 0-5 years
- Excellent communication and people skills
- A positive, friendly and approachable attitude
- A passion for supporting children and families
