An exciting opportunity has arisen to work at First Steps Childcare in our Chichester nursery. With outstanding facilities available to you on campus, including a coffee shop, restaurant and on-site parking, Worthing College is a truly enjoyable place to work. The nursery benefits from easy access to local shops, an on-site Forest School area, 18 acres of parkland and a nature trail so it’s not hard to see why the nursery can often boast a waiting list for childcare places!
Working with young babies through to children ready to start school, you will share your love for learning and make a real difference in children’s development and learning journeys. Together with our dedicated team, you will be a part of ensuring the children are learning, socialising, exploring, and having fun.
About the role

- Level 2 or 3 Childcare qualifications desirable (but not essential)
- First Aid certificate desirable (but not essential)
- Full training provided
- Previous experience working with children is desirable
