The Role
Youll provide hands-on IT support to colleagues across the business, ensuring systems run smoothly and staff receive outstanding service. From resolving day-to-day issues to supporting projects and maintaining our IT infrastructure, youll play a key role in keeping Ten10 connected and secure.
What youll be doing
- Deliver 1st Line (and some 2nd Line) IT support across hardware, software, and core IT services
- Build, configure, and deploy desktops/laptops for new and existing users
- Maintain the IT asset register, ensuring accurate records of all hardware and software
- Manage IT support tickets, providing timely resolution and clear updates
- Assist with IT procurement in coordination with the Head of IT and Senior IT Technician
- Contribute to internal IT projects and wider team initiatives
What were looking for
- Experience providing IT support in a professional environment
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft operating systems (Windows 10/11)
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
- Confidence working with hardware (laptops/desktops) and provisioning devices
- Experience with IT ticketing systems and asset management
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-first approach
- Exposure to IT good practice standards (e.g., ITIL)
- A willingness to learn, develop, and embrace new technologies
