Position: Cleaner/Fueller/Shunter
Location: Taunton Depot, TA1 2EH
Contracted Hours: 39 per week - full time & permanent
Shifts: Monday-Friday 4:30am-12:30pm (11:30am finish on a Friday)
Hourly Rate: £13.73
Annual Salary: Approx. £27,844

Do you take pride in keeping things spotless and running smoothly? Join our energetic team of Cleaners, Engineers, and Maintenance staff who keep our fleet in top condition. As a Cleaner/Fueller/Shunter, you'll play a vital role in making sure our vehicles are ready to hit the road each day at our busy Taunton depot. For helping keep our fleet on the road, you'll earn a good hourly pay rate and great rewards & benefits.
Key Responsibilities
- Shunting buses around the depot ready for shift, next clean or maintenance
- Driving buses to fuelling stations and returning to depot
- Carry out cleaning duties, including exterior cleaning using a pressure washer and any internal cleaning
- Carry out any general site maintenance as and when required
- Ensure that oil and water top-ups are carried out as required
- To record details of all work done and accurately complete any necessary sheets/record cards
About You
You must hold a PCV driving license to be considered for this role as you will be driving buses outside the depot. Do you have a flexible approach to working hours? Do you have previous cleaning experience?
