First Rung Ltd is hiring a Deputy Centre Manager to assist in managing our centres in Hemel Hempstead. This role involves supporting learner recruitment, providing pastoral care, and ensuring safeguarding compliance.

The ideal candidate will have experience with NEET young people and excellent organizational skills. The position requires a clean driving licence and access to a car due to travel requirements. Minimum two days a week at the Hemel Hempstead centre.
