Using your construction industry knowledge, you will process customer orders for a wide range of site supplies, manage stock levels, and ensure every customer receives a first-class service. This is a great career opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Specialist, with good knowledge of contractors tools, PPE, electrical equipment and Janitorial supplies. You will be responsible for processing customer orders efficiently and delivering outstanding service throughout the order process.

Working closely with customers and suppliers, you will obtain quotations, manage deliveries, process returns, and ensure every aspect of the sales transaction is completed accurately using our online systems. You will confidently handle inbound telephone calls and email enquiries, process sales orders, update our inventory system, and liaise with suppliers regarding stock availability, deliveries, and returns. This is a busy, varied, and rewarding role that requires excellent organisation, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.

Your Responsibilities

  • Providing first-class customer service to our customers
  • Processing customer sales orders accurately and efficiently
  • Preparing and issuing customer quotations
  • Handling incoming telephone and email enquiries
  • Monitoring stock availability and inventory levels

  • Managing product returns and supplier credits

  • Work closely with the Tool Hire and Site Supplies teams
