We are seeking a highly professional, experienced, and well-presented Stadium Supervisor to join our growing team.

Applicants must hold a Level 3 Spectator Safety qualification and possess demonstrable experience working within stadia or large-scale event environments.

This role requires an individual who understands the importance of balancing safety, security, and exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for spectators, clients, and staff alike.

About the Role Ensure all client policies, procedures, and site instructions are adhered to at all times.

Maintain a visible, professional, and approachable presence throughout the stadium.

Support the delivery of a safe and secure environment for all visitors, staff, and stakeholders.

Supervise and manage access control points.

Conduct internal and external patrols of the venue.

Coordinate crowd management activities and ensure all critical event positions are effectively covered.

Lead, support, and deploy security personnel during events.

Complete detailed incident reports and maintain accurate records.

Liaise professionally with stadium management, emergency services, and other key stakeholders when required.

Respond effectively to incidents and emergencies, ensuring appropriate action is taken.

Deliver exceptional customer service and represent the company professionally at all times.

Requirements

Valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence (essential).

Level 3 Spectator Safety Qualification (essential).

Proven experience working within stadiums, sporting venues, or similar crowd management environments.

Strong leadership, conflict management, and decision-making abilities.

Smart, professional appearance and demeanour.

Ability to remain calm, confident, and decisive under pressure.

Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

Strong understanding of health, safety, and security procedures within event environments
