First Response Group is currently recruiting Spectator Safety Stewards to support a wide range of high-profile events. From sporting fixtures and concerts in stadiums and arenas, to festivals and corporate events, we deliver professional, reliable crowd safety services across Watford and surrounding locations.
As a Spectator Safety Staff member, you will play a key role in creating a safe, welcoming, and enjoyable environment for event attendees, performers, staff, and stakeholders. You will be the public face of First Response Group on site, helping events run smoothly while upholding the highest standards of safety and service.

About the Role:
- Ensure the safety, security, and wellbeing of spectators, staff, and performers
- Manage crowd movement and behaviour in accordance with event plans, venue policies, and licensing requirements
- Maintain order by enforcing event and ground regulations in a calm, confident, and professional manner
- Act promptly and appropriately in response to incidents, emergencies, or potential risks, escalating where necessary
- Provide a strong customer focused service, offering clear information, assistance, and reassurance to attendees
- Monitor entry, exit, and circulation areas to prevent overcrowding and ensure safe access and egress
- Work closely with supervisors, control rooms, emergency services, and fellow team members to ensure seamless event operations
- Maintain a highly visible stewarding presence to deter unsafe behaviour and promote a safe environment
- Accurately complete incident, accident, and occurrence reports in line with company and event requirements
- Always represent First Response Group professionally, upholding our reputation for high standards and excellence
