As a Security Engineer, you will play an essential role in delivering first-class security installations and support services. About the Role
- System Installation: Install CCTV, intruder alarms, access control, door hardware, mechanical/electrical locking systems, and automatic doors across multiple client environments.
- Configuration & Testing: Configure systems, perform functional testing, and ensure all installations operate to the highest standards.
- Troubleshooting & Fault Resolution: Diagnose faults and carry out effective corrective actions to restore system functionality.
- Maintenance & Support: Perform routine maintenance, upgrades, and ongoing technical support to maximise system uptime and reliability.
- Collaboration: Work alongside sales and engineering teams to provide technical insight and ensure effective project delivery.
- Project Coordination: Manage day-to-day tasks across multiple sites, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality expectations.
- Customer Service: Maintain strong client relationships through professional communication and a customer-focused approach.
