As a Security Engineer, you will play an essential role in delivering first-class security installations and support services. You will be responsible for deploying, configuring, and maintaining CCTV, access control, and associated security systems across various client sites. Working closely with colleagues from engineering and sales, you will ensure our customers receive reliable, high-quality solutions and exceptional service.

About the Role
- System Installation: Install CCTV, intruder alarms, access control, door hardware, mechanical/electrical locking systems, and automatic doors across multiple client environments.
- Configuration & Testing: Configure systems, perform functional testing, and ensure all installations operate to the highest standards.
- Troubleshooting & Fault Resolution: Diagnose faults and carry out effective corrective actions to restore system functionality.
- Maintenance & Support: Perform routine maintenance, upgrades, and ongoing technical support to maximise system uptime and reliability.
- Collaboration: Work alongside sales and engineering teams to provide technical insight and ensure effective project delivery.
- Project Coordination: Manage day-to-day tasks across multiple sites, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality expectations.
- Customer Service: Maintain strong client relationships through professional communication and a customer-focused approach.
- Compliance: Ensure all installations follow industry standards, manufacturer guidelines, and health & safety regulations.
