First Response Group currently has vacancies for Spectator Safety Staff to join our event teams. We supply spectator safety staff to various events, including sporting events, concerts in stadia/arenas, green field events, and corporate events across the local area.
We are seeking crowd safety stewards with NVQ 2 spectator safety qualifications. As a spectator safety staff member, you will be responsible for creating a safe and enjoyable environment for event attendees, staff, and stakeholders. Your role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of events while maintaining high safety and customer service standards.
- Maintain order by managing crowds and ensuring compliance with event/ground regulations.
- Act swiftly and professionally to resolve incidents or emergencies.
