About the Role
- Maintaining a safe and secure environment & ensure safe access to buildings at all times
- Carrying out patrols/hazard reporting etc as requested
- Ensuring all Health & Safety policies are adhered to
- Completing all necessary reports in line with company documentation
- Access / Egress control
- Monitoring of alarms & CCTV system
- Key Holding responsibilities
- Controlling and monitoring access to the carparks
- Adhering to policies and procedures at all times
- General refuse management & ensuring overall tidiness on site
- Provide a high standard of customer service
- Be polite, helpful, and diligent, with a βcan doβ ethos
- Have a calm personality capable of controlling difficult situations.

Requirements
- Valid Door Supervision SIA licence
- Must be able to drive (must have own transport due to location of site)
- Confident with electronic devices
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Be punctual and reliable
- High levels of written and verbal communication skills
- Fully comprehensive 5-year work/unemployment/education history screenable to BS7858
- Be comfortable patrolling long distances and be on your feet for extended periods of time
