Role OverviewKey Responsibilities: To lead and develop security officers in the north region, carryout welfare visits, and ensure seamless service delivery whilst promoting our mission statement of Inclusion and Happiness both internally and externally To create a professional environment which enables our field-based colleagues and customers, to feel close to the FRG team wherever they are located Contribute towards operational service delivery across our northern portfolio, to a ensure safe and efficient operation Ensure that FRG’s Health and Safety culture is at the forefront of our people’s minds and also that our services are delivered safely and in line with legal and regulatory compliance Ensure that the whole team has an awareness of the companies SHEQ policies To coach the security officers to ensure that they are self-developing, providing the best level of service to our customers, following process and procedures, and working effectively as a team To ensure that all team members complete all mandatory induction and training materials in advance of agreed timescales About the RoleJob Title:  Night Operations Support Manager – Manchester Location:  Doncaster Job Type: Permanent – Full Time Salary: £40,560 About FRG First Response Group is not just a workplace.
