Responsibilities
- Conduct regular patrols, including mobile patrols where applicable, to detect signs of intrusion, damage, or suspicious activity.
- Monitor entrances and exits, verify passes, and authorize visitors in line with site protocols.
- Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and incidents following established procedures.
- Provide a professional, approachable presence and assist visitors, staff, and contractors courteously and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate logs and incident reports for compliance and handover purposes.
- Identify and report hazards, ensuring a safe environment at all times.
