  • Identify, target and engage new clients across the commercial property, vacant property and property management sectors.
  • Build, manage and convert a high-quality sales pipeline through proactive prospecting, networking, referrals, market engagement and targeted outreach.
  • Take ownership of opportunities from initial engagement through qualification, proposal development, negotiation and contract award.
  • Develop strong relationships with prospective clients and position FRG as a trusted partner for vacant property protection and risk management solutions.
  • Work collaboratively with bid, operational and leadership teams to develop compelling, commercially competitive solutions for clients.
