This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of large scale events, manage operational delivery, lead security teams, and build strong client relationships across a diverse portfolio of venues and events.
Reporting directly to the Head of Operations, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional service delivery while maintaining the highest standards of safety, security, and customer experience.

About the Role
Lead the strategic planning, coordination, and successful delivery of events from concept through to completion.
Manage and oversee security personnel, event staff, and operational teams across multiple venues and events.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and venue management throughout event delivery.
Ensure full compliance with all legislative, contractual, health & safety, and company requirements.
Produce accurate operational reports, event documentation, post event reviews, and performance analysis.
Manage event budgets, staffing costs, client quotations, purchase orders, and invoicing processes.
