Pay

  • A starting salary of £27,955 with increases at 6, 12, 24 and 36 months of tenure.
  • An annual company bonus scheme, including a Christmas and profit share bonus in April.

Role Responsibilities

  • Managing and growing a territory in the UK.
  • Managing longstanding dealer partners and prospecting new accounts.
  • Building quality relationships with dealer partners and internal teams.
  • Gathering market information through two-way feedback and sharing with the business.
  • Supporting dealerships and educating them on regulations, processes, and products.

Role Requirements

  • Proactive and self-motivated, taking ownership of learning and development.
  • Ability to see the bigger picture and make a positive difference for dealers and customers.

Working Hours and Benefits

  • Monday to Friday 9.00 - 17.30 with one Saturday per month 10.00 - 16.00.
  • Hybrid working available.
  • 23 days holiday to start, increasing with tenure, with the option to buy and sell days after probation.
