More about the job:
You will join one of our Underwriting teams as a Coordinator based at our Nottingham office (NG9 6RZ). This role requires a person that can work quickly but to a high standard with a keen eye for detail. You should be organised, with an ability to prioritise workloads, and a good communicator who can work well in a team, understanding each other’s strengths and weaknesses.
As part of the Underwriting team, some of your roles and responsibilities will include:
- Working as part of a busy underwriting team, dealing with customers' requested call backs, providing updates to our dealer partners, and ensuring we have the staff to meet the customers' demand.
- Responsible for the team’s daily capacity, which means communicating between teams, organising lunches, etc., and making sure we have the staff available to meet customers’ phone calls.
- Manage and take responsibility for your own performance and give feedback to team members where required.
This is a full-time position where you will work:
- Monday to Friday: 09.00-17.30
- One Saturday a month: 10:00-16:00
- Hybrid with 3 days in the office (likely more during your training period)
