We have seen considerable growth as an organisation and are anticipating this to continue, so we are looking to grow our Sales team.

Pay

  • A starting salary of £27,955 with increases at 6, 12, 24 and 36 months of tenure.
  • An annual company bonus scheme, including a Christmas and profit share bonus in April.

Role Responsibilities

  • You'll be responsible for managing and growing a territory in the UK.
  • Managing longstanding dealer partners and prospecting new accounts to onboard.
  • Communicating effectively with dealer partners and internal teams to build quality relationships and sell First Response to our Dealers.
  • Using two-way feedback to gather market information and sharing with the business.
  • Understanding how to support a dealership and educating them on regulations, processes and products where applicable.

  • Proactive and self-motivated, taking ownership of your own learning and development to build strong knowledge of First Response Finance.

Working Hours and Benefits

  • Monday to Friday 9:00 – 17:30 with one Saturday per month 10:00 – 16:00.
  • Hybrid working available.
  • 23 days holiday to start, increasing with tenure and the option to buy and sell days after probation.
