You will join our Account Management Team based at our Leigh Office (WN7 3XZ). Your roles and responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:
- This role is telephone-based, involving inbound and outbound calls throughout the day
- You will demonstrate the ability to understand a customer’s financial situation, grasp the complexity of finance agreements, and make sound decisions to ensure positive customer outcomes
- Be a great communicator, explaining payment plans and financial options clearly to customers
This is a full-time position with working hours:
- Monday to Friday: 09:00-17:30
- One in four Saturdays: 09:00-13:00
- Hybrid working with 3 days in the office (likely more during training)
