Our client is an expanding property development, sales and lettings group. One of the genuine leaders in the international markets with a solid reputation and a highly desirable company to work for. With strong expansion and development plans for 2013 we are now recruiting for new candidates to join the London team.
This position will be based in Knightsbridge, London. IMMEDIATE INTERVIEWS IN LONDON.
OVERVIEWDriving forward the Sales for the company including managing strategy and implementing improvements and growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Managing a team of senior sales & lettings management professionals.
- Directly accountable for the delivery of the sales & lettings objectives for the group.
- Should assess and review business approach, devise and implement target based sales strategy and monitor sales/lettings performance.
- Exposure to regional and global markets.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new trends and new markets.
- The ideal candidate will be a graduate having excellent communication and inter-personal skills, a good negotiator and a strong leader leading the sales team to achieve stretch targets.
- Preferred to be from background of Real Estate.
- Management or Business graduate, MBA holder is preferred.
- 2 years + for Consultant level.
- Open to people based in London now ONLY.
- Preference would be given to candidates who have handled Property Sales and Lettings.
- Extensive knowledge in the Real Estate industry or Brokerage/ Life Insurance/ Luxury products.
- Central London property market experience essential.
- Home Counties experience & International exposure also welcome.
