Our client, a well-known UK-wide engineering/nuclear consultancy, is actively looking to hire a Change Manager and Change Engineer to join a very busy project team working on a large nuclear-based project.

Job Duties:
- The Change Manager discipline is accountable for managing the administration of approved baselines on the Project and the establishment of a Change Management process through an Investment Change Committee (ICC) model.
- The Baseline & Change Management discipline is responsible for ensuring that the Project scope, budget, forecasts, and schedule are maintained in alignment with acknowledged approved changes processed through both Project level and Programme level ICC meetings.
- Changes are captured and managed through the change management process, with their progression through various statuses governed via ICC meetings.
- The Baseline & Change Management discipline focuses on facilitating and implementing the change process while ensuring that delivery teams operate within the defined governance framework for budget transfers and contingency draw-downs.
The role of Change Manager is to support and advise on the processes and procedures required to implement change.
