Join a dynamic manufacturing team in Lancing as a Warehouse Operative focused on Goods In & Out. We\’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. The ideal candidate will have previous experience of working within a warehouse or logistics. A valid forklift licence is preferred, but we’ll consider candidates with proven experience operating forklifts. As a Goods In & Out Warehouse Operative, your key responsibilities will include: * Inspection and quality control * Labelling and tagging * Order picking * Driving forklifts * Dealing with deliveries and stock Requirements: * Previous warehouse or logistics work * Forklift licence or previous experience using one * Health & safety awareness * Excellent communication skills both written and verbally Benefits: * 25 days annual leave + bank holidays * Free onsite parking * Pension scheme This is a full time permanent position based in Lancing, working Monday to Thursday 8:30am to 5:15pm and with a 3pm finish on Fridays.
