Experience, competencies and knowledge required:
- Forward thinking and adaptable Chartered Building Surveyor with experience in Project Management (ideally both Contract Administration and Employer’s Agent).
- Track record of delivering a range of professional services including Level 3 Building Surveys, Dilapidations, Party Wall etc Act and Defect Diagnostic Investigations.
- A positive attitude to working and keenness for personal development as part of a successful growing practice.
- Good attention to detail and desire to go above and beyond where required.
