First Recruitment Services are looking for a Temporary Compliance Administrator to join our friendly team in Haywards Heath during a busy peak period. This is a great summer opportunity for someone looking to gain hands‑on experience within a fast‑paced office environment, with flexible hours that may suit those studying or seeking short‑term work.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00am – 3:00pm (flexible)

Pay Rate: £13.50 per hour

You’ll be supporting a number of key client accounts, as well as working closely with our Brighton Temps Team (with occasional travel to our Brighton office required), helping to ensure all compliance requirements are completed accurately and on time.

Key duties include:

  • Obtaining high volumes of employment references
  • Carrying out Right to Work (RTW) checks
  • Auditing and verifying candidate documentation
  • Chasing outstanding information via phone and email
  • Supporting with general compliance administration and ad‑hoc tasks
