As a Systems Developer, your key responsibilities will include:

  • CRM & ERP Implementation: Configure, customise, and deploy CRM and ERP systems to meet business needs
  • System Integration: Ensure seamless connectivity between CRM, ERP, and other business applications
  • Process Automation: Develop solutions to optimise workflows and improve operational efficiency
  • Data Management: Maintain system integrity, ensuring accurate data migration and reporting
  • Technical Support: Troubleshoot issues, provide user training, and ensure smooth adoption of new systems
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends and recommend enhancements to existing systems

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in CRM and ERP system implementation (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Oracle, ZOHO)
  • Strong knowledge of database management (SQL, MySQL) and system integration
  • Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, C#) for system customisation

This is a full time permanent position working near Arundel, you will need your own vehicle due to the location of the business. You’ll be working Monday to Thursday 8:30am to 5pm in the office and Friday 8:30am to 12:30pm from home. The salary is paying £50,000 per annum.
