We are very pleased to be partnered with our educational based client as they seek to recruit a permanent full time or part time Speech and Language Therapist to join their team in the Burgess Hill area. This is a superb opportunity to work within a specialist educational setting in a beautiful rural setting.

The role is based upon the hours of Mon-Fri 0830-1600 (37.5 hours per week) - on a term time only basis.

  • Full time or Part Time permanent role - term time only
  • Role based on the outskirts of Burgess Hill.
  • Due to rural and unique workplace location, it is essential to be a driver and have your own transport. Plenty of free parking on site for all staff.
  • Salary £40300 per year plus very good all round benefits. This role is subject to DBS clearance.
  • £40300 based upon full time hours (37.5 hours per week), term time only - this is the actual amount you would earn. Salary would be pro rata for part time depending on hours worked.

The role:

My client is an award winning specialist school for young people with a diagnosis of autism. We are seeking to recruit a Band 5/6 HCPC registered Speech & Language Therapist to provide high quality assessment and therapy for children and young people with a diagnosis of ASD and associated difficulties such as speech, language and communication needs, ADHD and anxiety.

You will work as part of the Therapy team, alongside the Occupational Therapist as well as the School Nurse. The role will involve working closely with the dedicated education team.

Full time and part time options can be considered. Due to workplace location, you must be a driver (full UK licence) and have your own vehicle.
