This is an excellent opportunity to join a reputable employer offering competitive pay, ongoing training, and genuine long-term career prospects. * Competitive pay of £13.14 - £14.27 per hour * Temporary-to-permanent opportunity * Full-time hours with regular shifts * Supportive team environment * Immediate starts available Your duties will include: * Preparing, mixing, and assembling food products using production machinery and equipment * Handling raw ingredients and following production specifications * Operating within strict food hygiene and health & safety procedures * Carrying out quality checks throughout the production process * Moving products and ingredients safely around the production facility * Cleaning equipment and maintaining high housekeeping standards * Working efficiently to meet daily production targets Available shifts include: * AM Shift: 6:00am - 2:00pm * PM Shift: 2:00pm - 10:00pm * Night Shift: 10:00pm - 6:00am To be considered for this role, you will ideally have: * Previous experience within food production, food manufacturing, production, or a factory environment * The ability to work in a fast-paced setting and meet production targets * Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards * Good understanding of food hygiene and health & safety practices * A reliable and positive approach to work * Good teamwork and communication skills Please note: Previous food production or manufacturing experience is preferred and candidates with relevant experience will be prioritised.
