We are recruiting for a part time Office Manager to join a local well-established company based in Worthing. You’ll be working 21 hours a week over 3 days and ideally, you’ll have previous experience working as an office manager or senior administrator, finance, HR or similar. As an Office Manager, your key responsibilities will include: * Overlooking the day-to-day running of the office * Managing administrative staff * Handling financial tasks, such as invoicing & budgeting * Maintaining office supplies * Assisting with HR functions, such as recruitment, onboarding and staff development Requirements: * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Attention to detail and good organisational skills * Proficient in Microsoft Suite * Previous experience in an office manager or senior administrator role Benefits: * Free on-street parking * 25 days annual leave (pro-rata) + 3 additional days off at Christmas * Opportunities for career development This is a part time permanent position working 21 hours per week (3 days) on an annual salary between £28,000 up to £32,000 pro rata (dependent on experience).
