We are recruiting for an Office Administrator to support the Accounts and Quality department for a well-established company in Littlehampton. This is a temporary position working in the office Monday-Friday, flexible hours can be considered for the successful candidate. Responsibilities: * Collate and present reports to the Managing Director * Raising and emailing daily, weekly, and monthly customer invoices and credit notes. * Processing supplier invoices and credit notes * Manage building and asset maintenance, tool calibration, supplier credentials, and COSHH substances * Document control and maintain the Internal Improvements Tracker * Arrange and monitor staff training, assist in audits, and process invoices * Assist with accounts receivable and end-of-month processes * Take minutes of meetings The successful candidate will be proficient in Office 365 and Excel and be able to multitask and work independently or as part of a team. The hourly rate of pay for this role would be between £14 per hour on a temporary basis.
