My clients are looking for a Call Handler to join their team! You’ll be the first point of contact for patients, nurses, and healthcare partners, ensuring they receive outstanding service from start to finish.
Customer Service Assistant responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls from patients and healthcare professionals
- Process orders accurately and efficiently
- Manage and resolve queries related to products, services, and deliveries
- Investigate delays or delivery issues with a solution-focused approach
- Work closely with the warehouse team to ensure all orders are completed on time
- Must travel to Crawley once a week
