My long established Legal Practice is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Legal Administrator to join its Eastbourne office and provide essential support to their Commercial Lawyer. This is a dynamic role that blends administrative precision with client-facing responsibilities, ideal for someone with a background in legal support and a passion for delivering excellent service.

Job duties will include:

* Progressing client files

* Preparing legal documentation

* Liaising with clients and third parties

* Ensuring compliance with AML and KYC regulations

* Opening new files and managing completions

* Handling Land Registry and Companies House filings

What you’ll bring:

* Proven experience in a legal support role (Commercial Assistant, Legal Secretary)

* Strong understanding of legal procedures and office operations

* Excellent organisational and communication skills

* Proficiency in MS Office and a confident telephone manner
