The role focuses on developing, optimising, and continuously improving manufacturing processes. This is a customer‑facing position with opportunities to visit sites, lead validations, and contribute to high‑value, complex projects. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working as a Process Engineer or similar with at least 2+ years’ experience. You’ll have a proven background in a process, manufacturing, or production environment and bring practical Six Sigma experience, with a strong understanding of CAD, statistical analysis, and process validation.
As a Process Engineer, your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing, optimising, and validating manufacturing processes and tooling
- Driving improvements across production workflows to boost quality, efficiency, and consistency
- Creating and maintaining SOPs, PPDs
- Supporting validation activities and leading customer audits when required
- Using CAD and statistical tools to analyse, refine, and optimise processes
- Working closely with Production, Quality, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams to deliver practical technical solutions
- Providing technical input for quotations, BOMs, and routings within the ERP system
- Training and supporting colleagues on new equipment, processes, and standards
Requirements for the Process Engineer:
- A degree in a relevant engineering discipline (Mechanical, Manufacturing, Process Engineering or similar)
- Experience working within a process, production, or manufacturing engineering environment
- Practical Six Sigma experience
- Confident using CAD, with a solid understanding of process validation and statistical analysis
- Strong communicator who can work well with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders

- £35,000 up to £42,000 (dependent on experience)
