Vehicle Technician
Full Time permanent role.
Mon – Fri (Apply online only) plus 1 Saturday AM every 3 weeks (Apply online only).
Henfield area. Plenty of free parking on site. Rural location; a full UK driving licence and vehicle are required.
Salary: £38,000–£40,000 per year plus attractive company benefits and a heated workshop in winter.
Duties and responsibilities
- High level of diagnostic capabilities required.
- IMI level 3 or 4 and above or equivalent.
- Forward thinking with an interest in hybrid and electric vehicles useful.
- Use of oscilloscope, Autologic/Bosch and other diagnostic equipment; MOT licence is an advantage.
- Work in small teams supported by admin, up‑to‑date IT and diagnostic systems, and modern well‑maintained equipment in a clean, safe environment.
- Competencies, skills and experience required
- Ability to independently diagnose engine/electrical faults and rectify.
- Carry out repairs including replacement of specific modules/ECUs and associated programming.
- General servicing and maintenance including brakes, tyres, shock absorbers etc.
