First Recruitment Services are delighted to be assisting our long-standing client who are seeking a Smart Interventions Scheduler. This is a temporary position for 1 year, with the view of extending. The role will be responsible for scheduling the delivery of smart interventions and administering delivery of SLAs.
The position:
- Working within a team of schedulers.
- Managing the end-to-end administrative process, ensuring work is programmed and updated accurately.
- Communicating with Customers, Suppliers, Craft Teams and Engineers.
- Utilising daily reports to ensure work is appropriately prioritised.
- Working with SAP, CRM, PM, MRS, PowerOn, Netplan and other IT Systems.
- Providing reports as and when required.
- Building strong relationships with teams across the business.
- Safe and effective scheduling of all direct and contractor field resources.
- Exceeding SLA targets.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Good level PC skills is essential, experience of SAP, PowerOn and Netmap is advantageous.
- Good customer facing skills with the ability to manage and resolve customer issues and queries.
- Ability to work in a pressured environment as part of a highly focused team.
- Ability to work cooperatively with team members.
