We are recruiting Packaging Associates to join a global pharmaceutical company based on the outskirts of Horsham. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a highly regulated clean room environment, supporting the handling and distribution of clinical products. This is a fast‑paced role that requires high levels of accuracy, attention to detail and the ability to work to strict procedures.
Working Hours (Monday to Friday)
You must be flexible to work one of the following shifts:
- Early Shift: 6:00am – 2:15pm (£14.52 per hour)
- Day Shift: 8:30am – 5:00pm (£13.20 per hour)
- Late Shift: 2:15pm – 10:00pm (£16.10 per hour)
Key Responsibilities
- Receiving, packaging and distributing clinical products
- Picking and packing to production orders
- Working in accordance with GMP and SOP procedures (full training provided)
- Maintaining high levels of accuracy and productivity
- Ensuring quality standards and product integrity are met
- Reporting any health & safety or quality concerns
- Maintaining excellent housekeeping and safe working practices
Working Environment
- Clean room environment within the pharmaceutical sector
- Ambient, chilled and cold areas (including temperatures down to -5°C)
- Full PPE and thermal clothing provided
About You
- Previous warehouse, logistics or production experience preferred
- High attention to detail and ability to follow strict processes
- Good communication skills (verbal and written English)
- Able to work in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment
- Physically able to undertake manual tasks safely
- Comfortable working in temperature‑controlled environments
- Own transport is essential due to location
