We’re looking for a practical, detail-focused Logistics Coordinator to join a busy operation on the outskirts of Horsham. This is a varied role combining export coordination, customs processes and hands-on warehouse work, ideal for someone with logistics or freight forwarding experience.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Managing air export and UK road shipments
  • Completing shipping and export documentation
  • Supporting customs processes and entries
  • Inspecting and preparing consignments
  • Assisting with warehouse duties, including labelling
  • Keeping stakeholders updated on shipment progress

What we’re looking for:

  • Background in logistics or freight forwarding
  • Experience with air or road exports is preferred

Hours:

  • Standard: 9:00am – 5:30pm
  • Flexibility required between 10:00/10:30am – 6:00/6:30pm
